Service Rates
Effective April 1, 2006
Standard Service
- Monday thru Friday (non-holiday) between 8 am and 5 pm.
Scheduled Onsite Maintenance - $95 /
hr. Charged in 15 minute increments. 60 minute minimum charge ($48).
Remote Service - $75 / hr. 15
minute increments. Initial setup and test required. May require
hardware purchase.
Phone Support - $50 / hr. 15 minute
increments. Only available to existing customers.
Unscheduled Service
Emergency Response Charge - $40.
Charged for unscheduled onsite service outside normal hours or support
immediate response requiring rescheduling of other customers. 1 hour
minimum onsite maintenance charge applies.
Prepaid Service - Entry
level priority support.
$85 / hr. Requires pre-purchase of
10 hours of service.
Priority response during normal business hours
included . No emergency response charge.
Remote service charged as 75% actual
time. (rounded to 15 minute increment)
Technical Support by phone charged
as 50% actual time. (rounded to 15 minute increment)
Virtual IT Department
- All inclusive* flat fee support billed on a quarterly basis.
Rate is customized to the scope and
complexity of your IT requirements.

*Note: Covers equipment existing at
start of service quarter and new equipment purchased from Value Logic.
Rate reevaluated each quarter to cover additional equipment.
